Иногда сайт кажется идеальным: дизайн стильный, структура понятная, тексты грамотные. Но клиентов всё равно нет. Причина в том, что страница не вызывает эмоций. Она слишком предсказуема, и человек не видит смысла оставаться. Но стоит добавить вопрос, на который он не готов ответить сразу, или обещание, что ответ дальше, и всё меняется. Внимание задерживается, а с ним приходит шанс на действие.
